One of the things I enjoy about my car is cleaning it. I like to spend some time from time to time to leave it spotless, both inside and out.
Unfortunately, I can't always spend as much time cleaning it as I would like, but there is something that has become essential every time I wash the outside of it in a car wash: drying.
Easy to use, fast and effective
However, my favorite car cleaning accessory is a simple cloth. Even if I don't have time to do proper detailing, this drying cloth helps me finish off a quick cleaning at the car wash.
Normally, after cleaning the outside of the car with the pressure lance, water marks end up on the bodywork and windows. Even when I go out on the highway right after washing it. The solution is to dry it and you don't need to spend a lot of money on a leather chamois, just a good quality drying cloth is enough.
It is made of microfiber and has two sides. One of them is used for cleaning and the other for drying. According to the brand, it absorbs up to 10 times its weight; I don't know to what extent that information is true, but I have been using it for more than a year and a single pass is enough to leave the area where I use it dry.
As it absorbs water in the past, you just have to drain it so that it becomes absorbent again. Simply stretch it over the surface to be dried and pull/drag the cloth to dry. It does not leave marks and, above all, does not scratch the paint.
